Cherry Almond Smoothie

Servings: 1

Prep Time: 5 min

As we all know, smoothies are wonderful "on the go" foods since they're easily transportable and have more fiber and protein than juice. But many smoothies people make are still full of just high sugar fruits, which can spike sugar levels and make you tired and hungry quickly.

Cherries contain a lower sugar content, and they combine perfectly with almonds and avocado. This gives you a smoothie full of healthy proteins and fats to keep your energy stable throughout the morning. You also get the feeling that you're consuming such an elevated collection of flavors & creaminess.

  • 6 drops vanilla stevia

  • 1 Tbsp of xylitol or other sugar (sweeten to taste)
